Ordering from Buztronics USA could not be easier!

With over 20 years of experience, selling to our neighbors to the North has provided us the ability to understand the needs of our Canadian distributors. Here are some frequently asked questions to help you understand how easy to is to work with us… or just pick up the phone and call… we would love to talk with you.

How do I place an order?
A: Call our friendly customer service reps and let us do all the work! We can calculate freight, duty, and taxes for optimum convenience.

Do I pay duty on all Buzline products?
A: It depends on the product. The following items are available duty free: BuzBalls, Yo-Yos, Smart Buttons, Eco Buttons, Fans, Mind Cubes, and Pedometers.

What is a Broker Fee?
A: This is a fee charged by a broker, a licensed individual working for the freight forwarder, who submits necessary product information/classifications to customs which helps in the release of goods. (Buzline offers a flat fee of $16.00 for most shipments!)

How do I know there aren’t any hidden charges in shipping through Buzline?
A: The following charges are included in your order: Tariff (duty), brokerage, handling, tax, and the transportation charge. You can always calculate your estimate yourself through UPS for verification.

What if I prefer to use my own shipper number and Broker?
A: You will need to fill out our International Shipping Form. Print it off, fill it out, fax it over, and we will do the rest!

Are Canadian customers eligible for the Rewards Program?
A: Absolutely! As a member of our Buzline Rewards Program, you’ll receive EQP on most Buzline products, exclusive offers, year-end rebates for your distributorship, and access to our online catalog.

Can I track a Canadian shipment?
A: Once you have signed up for our Rewards Program, you can track your order on our website, buzline.com.
