All orders must be received in a PO format. Please contact sales@buzline.com for a blank PO if you do not have one.

Artwork Requirements: Please use the easyUpload form (http://www.buzline.com/upload) to submit all artwork.
Acceptable file upload types are: .eps, .ai, .pdf, .jpg, .gif, .tiff, or .png

Specifications (unless otherwise noted): Re-orders with Four Color Process printing incur a $50(v) setup. Setup fee for all other reorders is $25(v). Must use the same art on the same product. Additional charges may apply. Contact your CSR for more information.

Imprint Colors: Up to four spot colors, PMS match, or Four Color Process. PMS colors are matched as close as possible but may not match exactly due to the item color it is printed on.

Production Time: Our normal production time is 7-10 days from Art Approval (One color/One location) except where noted. For less than seven days service please call for price and availability. For more information on lead times for overseas shipments please contact your Customer Service Representative.

Acceptable Art: All art should be sent as a vector file with all type converted to outlines or converted to curves. Four Color Process files should be built in a vector file with a placed 300 resolution CMYK .tif or .eps file. Please upload all art files to our servers using the easyUpload form. Non-digital art with low resolution, such as business cards, photocopies, faxes, or printed materials may be subject to additional art charges.

Acceptable Software:
MAC: Adobe Illustrator CS3+, Photoshop CS3+, and QuarkXpress 8+.
PC: PC vector art graphic software must be exported as .eps or .ai files. For all files please supply all used suitcase fonts & printer fonts or convert type to curves or outlines.

Customer logos: Buzline is not responsible for any reproduction of unauthorized trademarked or copyrighted logos supplied by distributors. Proper use of trademarked or copyrighted logos is the responsibility of the distributor, and any damages incurred as a result of unauthorized use will be the responsibility of the distributor.

Paper Proofs: In order to serve you better, Buzline provides at NO CHARGE, ONE EMAILED ART PROOF on new orders. Please provide your email address on your purchase order. If you require your artwork to be CHANGED or FAXED there is an $8.00(Z) charge for each occurrence. No delivery dates can be assured until ART IS APPROVED without changes.

Over/Under Runs: Unless otherwise agreed to, order quantities will be filled plus or minus 2% billed when shipped.

Return Policy/Cancellations: Defective merchandise may be returned when accompanied by Return Authorization Labels. To receive an RMA, contact your Customer Service Representative at Buzline. Claims must be made within 45 days of receipt of merchandise and product must be returned to Buzline within 60 days. Credit will be issued when product is received. Blank product returns may incur a restocking fee of 10%-20% the order cost. Charges may be incurred on any order that has been cancelled once submitted. Written POs are binding. Customers may be responsible for 100% of the total sale or a percentage of total sale once production has begun.

Less Than Minimum Charge: $20.00(Z) Absolute minimum 50 pcs. per SKU – No minimum on blanks. Longer lead time and China only products excluded.

Shelf Life of Products: Buzline products are guaranteed to perform according to the original product specifications up to 6 months after delivery. Many products will work after their expiration date, however this cannot be guaranteed.

Methods of Payment: First Time Orders must be prepaid via credit card or company check before order can be processed.

Terms: Net 30 days with approved credit for orders over $200.00. Allow two days for credit application review and approval.

Late Payments: Invoices are due net 30. Accounts over 30 days past due will be charged a finance charge of 1.5% per month on unpaid balance.

Credit Cards: We accept MasterCard, VISA, American Express, and Discover.

Wire Transfer: Call for instructions.

F.O.B. Point: F.O.B. Indianapolis, IN 46268 unless otherwise noted. Shipping is domestic US shipping only. If requested, we will attempt to bill shipping to a customer’s account. If customer refuses charges, the carrier will typically bill back the charges to Buztronics. In this situation we will invoice distributor for all shipping charges plus a $25(V) service charge. If customer’s account number supplied by distributor is invalid, incorrect, or if we fail to use this supplied number for any other reason, we reserve the right to ship on our account number and invoice distributor for the shipping charges. We reserve the right to ship via the carrier of our choice, at customer’s expense to meet the customer’s in-hands date. Changes to shipping instructions must be in writing, approved by factory and submitted at least 72 hours prior to ship date as factory may ship early. For shipments via US Postal Service please add $16(V) per shipment charge in addition to shipping charge. Once a tracking number is assigned to a package, no changes can be made. No exceptions.

Handling Charges: $6.00(Z) handling fee for all orders. There will be an additional $6.00(Z) charge for every drop ship location. Drop ship addresses must be received in an Excel format 72 hours in advance of ship date.

Sample Product Policy: Up to 5 samples at no charge on items priced under $4.00(R) in the catalog. Samples over $4.00(R) are available at End Quantity Pricing unless noted otherwise next to item in the catalog. Longer Lead time product samples are subject to availability and cost. Shipper number is required for sample shipment. Random samples are available at EQP plus freight charges. Every effort is made to process sample orders within 48 hours. For same day service please contact your CSR. For overnight of expedited shipping please provide your shipper number. We prefer FedEx or UPS.

Pricing: Pricing published in the 2011 Buzline catalog or on our official Buzline website (http://www.buzline.com) is subject to change. Buzline.com will have the most up-to-date pricing listed. Pricing from all other media sources are not guaranteed. Distributors, please contact Buzline to verify pricing.

Battery Information: Most applicable products have battery information listed on each individual product's page.

Caution: Most products contain small parts – not for children under 5 years old.

Shipping, taxes and duties: Buzline offers two simple shipping options when ordering with us:

  • #1: Buzline will ship products to you on your shipping account number and provide you with the harmonized tariff code. You would then be responsible for inbound shipping, brokerage and any other associated charges.
  • #2: Buzline will ship to you on our account number via air or ground service. If shipping ground, we will add, per shipment, a discounted, value-based brokerage fee, as shown:

    Buzline adds the appropriate duty as per the Harmonized Code for the item ordered.

Discount brokerage fees and duty are subject to the Goods and Services Tax (GST) and/or the Provincial Sales Tax (PST)

Buzline adds a flat $6.00 handling fee.

Important Shipping and Tax Information: If your order is shipped using our shipping account, Buztronics will separately bill you for GST/HST and duty. If your order is shipped using your shipping account, you (the distributor) are responsible for any taxes and/or duties.

Why does Buztronics charge GST/HST on orders Shipped to Canada? Shipments are subject to the GST/PST/HST at prevailing rates at time of entry. The Canadian Government charges Buztronics GST/HST on all merchandise shipped to Canada when shipped on Buztronics' account. In this case, the Canadian Government considers Buztronics the non–resident importer of record. This is why we need to collect GST/HST when shipped to your Canadian address on our account. We will list GST/HST as a separate line item on Invoices so you have a written record for input tax credit (ITC) filing.

Alternative (GST/HST--NOT Invoiced): We can ship products to you on your Shipping account number and provide you with the harmonized tariff code and you handle inbound shipping, brokerage and any other associated charges. If shipped on your account, you are the importer of record, and we will NOT bill GST/HST to you on your invoice.
