6 day rush:	15% of the total order with a minimum of $40 net
4 day rush:	15% of the total order with a minimum of $80 net
3 day rush:	15% of the total order with a minimum of $120 net
2 day rush:	15% of the total order with a minimum of $240 net *

* Order and acceptable artwork must be received by 10 am EST
